At the Royal College of Occupational Therapist Annual Conference 2021, Stiltz will be showcasing its range of domestic home lifts and how its client-centric approach reflects OT best practice
(30th June – 1st July 2021).
Virtual Conference
As a virtual event this year, the RCOT Annual Conference will once again provide an educational programme including interactive sessions, skills exchange and product demonstrations for professional delegates to learn and innovate within their own practice. In between plenaries and theoretical learning, there will be the opportunity to explore online displays from specialist equipment manufacturers, such as Stiltz, with a view to discovering appropriate solutions for better client outcomes. Stiltz is a long-standing supporter of the RCOT and its platinum sponsorship of the conference reaffirms its commitment to exemplary education.
Benefits
The healthcare benefits of prescribing Stiltz Homelifts in appropriate situations reflects the four overarching themes of this year’s conference:
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Impact of occupational therapy
- New ways of working
- Rehabilitation and recovery
The virtual Stiltz stand will demonstrate how its assessment-led provision delivers change in the community whilst reducing care costs and improving meaningful activity. Ageing in place is now more feasible in many circumstances negating the need for relocation or social care. Considerations such as these will be highlighted in an exclusive Stiltz video complemented by CPD material and client case studies. Delegates will have access to the new Stiltz Healthcare website, free downloadable material such as DFG guides and topical opinion from Stuart Barrow, Occupational Therapist.
