CHIC – Communities and Housing Investment Consortium
CHIC is a not-for-profit, member-owned consortium which delivers fully compliant, cost-saving procurement for a wide range of member organisations, which includes housing associations, local authorities, consultancies, healthcare providers and social housing schemes.
YPO – Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation
YPO delivers a wide range of cost-effective products and services to customers including schools, charities, emergency services, local authorities and healthcare settings. It’s publicly owned by 13 local authorities, which enables profits secured to be returned to the local authority for added value for money.
NHC – Northern Housing Consortium
NHC represents the voices of housing organisations across the north and other areas of England. Members are made up of local authorities, combined and unitary authorities, and associations which provide support to the social housing sector, ensuring tenants’ needs are fully met.
ESPO Framework Supplier
ESPO is a public sector-owned buying organisation that delivers a wide range of goods and services to members through negotiated framework agreements. They provide advice on the goods and services they offer and how to secure best value for money in a sustainable and compliant manner.
Direct Awards – Exclusive Contracts
Stiltz works directly with OTs, Housing Adaptations Officers and Grants Officers to deliver the most suitable solution for the end user, acting as principal design partner and principal contractor for all through-floor lift installations.
