The technology is robust and reliable with high definition video consultations, from 10 professional studios, broadcasting with less than one millisecond of delay across the world. Multiple cameras provide different angles to view products with an impressive 250x zoom – allowing micro details to be clearly distinguished.
Potential clients and healthcare professionals simply access Stiltz video demonstrations through a bespoke link which is emailed in advance of an appointment. By clicking this link, clients are visually connected face-to-face on their phone, laptop or tablet, with a friendly advisor without the need to download any apps. The call is then transferred to a Stiltz studio where homelifts are demonstrated by a product specialist. Each room includes an ingenious variable height floor so the action of a homelift can be simulated. The service is fully interactive and there is plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
